The direct answer
A maintenance detail keeps an already cared-for car in shape. A full or deep detail spends more time on buildup, stains, crevices, or protection. Those labels are not standard, so the written list matters more than the name.
Choose maintenance when
The cabin has light dust, ordinary crumbs, clear glass, and no major stain or odor. The outside may need a safe wash and simple protection refresh. This is often the sensible low-cost choice.
Choose deeper work when
There is packed dirt, heavy pet hair, sticky residue, stains, neglected wheels, stuck paint material, or a need for polishing. “Full” does not prove extraction, odor treatment, paint correction, or engine-bay work is included.
Before you buy
Do not buy the largest package by default. Pay more only when the added labor, equipment, material care, and expected result are clear.

- Ask what is excluded and what can change the price.
- Share photos and known damage, stains, pet hair, or odors.
- Agree on a realistic result before work begins.
